Letcher Manor has a full-time career opportunity for a motivated Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all admissions and establishing ongoing relationships with referral sources. The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for census development and growth.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement long-range and short term marketing plans
• Manage the nursing center patient referral flow, admission process including community sales, referral management, and admission sign-in, through post-admission
• Guide the facility Admissions/Marketing program to ensure strong resident, referrer, and payor satisfaction as well as promoting a positive public image
• Assist with planning and implementing a comprehensive Social Services program
• Participate in Quality Improvement process as requested by Social Services Director
• Stay familiar with government requirements for Social Services documentation
• Assure timely documentation in the residents'/patients' medical record
• Collaborate with other departments regarding interdisciplinary issues
• Serve as an active contributor in designated facility meetings

Job Requirements:

• One year experience in admissions/marketing in healthcare setting
• Ability to travel
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate admissions to facility
