Job Duties
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects. Develop and execute product strategy. Lead and guide work of cross-functional teams in iterative and incremental discovery of end user requirements. Lead andcollaborate with stakeholders to deliver product solutions to customers, affiliates, and internal users. Create andprioritize unified product backlogs to ensure the urgent work is finalized. Translate user requirements intoactionable language for developers and designers to architect and deliver solutions. Articulate technical
capabilities, constraints, and impediments to business stakeholders. Define, instrument, and analyze KPIs tohighlight product’s success. Market product to executive decision makers and end users. Ensure confidentiality of
internal and external data. Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Some travel required (<10%).
May telecommute.
Job Requirements
Position requires a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field and experience in a related occupation (3 years with Master’s degree or 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience with Bachelor’s degree).
Must include some experience in each of the following: Conducting user research and documenting research using Miro, LucidChart, Figma, and Invision; Working with cross-functional teams and product managers to drive product development lifecycle, on-time delivery of features, and to improve operational efficiency using Jira and Asana; Documenting initiatives, epics, and key improvements to existing products and prioritizing initiatives using Trello and Asana; Experience communicating product roadmap and strategy with customers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders using Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides; Utilizing Agile Methodologies (SCRUM); Using data to drive product decisions and measure progress of enhancements through Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Hotjar; and Working with UNIX, C , Python, and R.
Foreign Language, Licenses, and Certifications
CSPO, PSPO, or ACSPO. Active certification not required.
