Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes and assist with policy changes.
- Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
- Build clientele via warm leads, referrals, networking, and winbacks.
- Answer client questions, handle objections, and meet sales goals.
- Assist with payments and update client information.
- 20-44, 2-20 Property & Casualty License
- Property and Casualty personal lines insurance customer service experience required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, Hawk soft AMS experience a plus
- Office 365 / SharePoint experience would be a plus
- Professional phone and communication skills necessary
