Overview:
Join our team as a Teaching Assistant and make a positive impact on the lives of children. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about education and supporting students in their learning journey.

Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support students in their educational and social development
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or related field
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies
- Experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
- First aid certification is a plus
- Background in special education is desirable
