We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Northwest Residential Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential flooring sales in the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients in the assigned territory.
Utilize your expertise in residential flooring, particularly wood flooring, to provide tailored solutions to clients' needs.
Leverage your field experience in the flooring dealer and distributor business to effectively promote our products and services.
Take a proactive and assertive approach in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential flooring sales is required.
Strong background in wood flooring products and applications.
Demonstrated success in a field-based sales role within the flooring dealer and distributor business.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Possess a hunter mentality with a drive for generating new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
