Leopold's Ice Cream is Hiring a Food Prep Near Savannah, GA
Prep Position
We manufacture a ready to eat product so cleanliness, sanitation, and tracking ingredients is top priority along with producing a top tier product.
Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day and lift 50 pounds regularly.
Must be able to work in a cold environment daily. You will be making trips into a freezer to get/put away ingredients.
Food prep will involve pre weighing, cutting, processing, smashing, bagging, boxing, and any number of other verbs you might use to describe preparing ingredients.
Consistency and attention to detail are a must.
Must be able to complete paperwork regarding raw goods used, finished goods completed, and absolutely must keep the ingredient tracking information accurate.
You may be asked to help with cleaning, ice cream production, kitchen work, packaging, shipping, or pint packing.
This is not an exhaustive list of what you may be asked to do.
Must be reliable and be a team player.
Absolutely must take pride in your work. We make a premium product and keep standards high.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
