Role Description
This is a full-time entry-level Recruiter role at Leomhann Enterprises. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.
You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to source and attract qualified candidates
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
