Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Manage waitlist and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with cleaning and organizing the host/host station - Provide assistance to guests as needed Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus - Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization.
