Scope: This position will be responsible for the manufacturing of our medical devices. This includes, but is not limited to, the mixing of monomers, inspection of unfinished products, and quality control testing of unfinished products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to written instructions
• Prepare and maintain documentation according to the company’s Quality System
• Perform operations to verify conformance with product and process specifications using measuring instruments, as specified by written instructions
• Perform and document all necessary quality control testing per Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs)

• Perform required equipment calibration and maintenance as necessary
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the production areas
• Other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed/assigned

General Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Windows Office
• Previous experience (minimum of 2 years) working in cleanroom settings and/or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs on a routine basis.
• Requires the mixture of standing and sitting for long periods of time
• Requires the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
