Job Description

As the Business Systems Analyst II you will formulate and define system scopes and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.What You Will Be Doing

• Support Lennox’s transition to SAP TM and SAP EWM
• Responsible for defining distribution requirements, analyzing business needs, and validating solutions
• Co-ordinate with multiple business stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Systems Testing- In cooperation with IT, plan, design and execute end-to-end tests that ensure solution design and implementation meet or exceed the requirements.
• Systems Support- Provide support for current production systems. Resolve problems and incidents in compliance with the established resolution. Determine and document root cause of problems. Work on improving systems and processes ensuring simplicity, stability, and efficiency.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide training to end-users
• Deliver guidance on best practices for key business users, create continuity plan and Knowledge base for Lennox Supply Chain

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $66,400k - $87,150 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of distribution and transportation
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both end-users and IT staff
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, specifically, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 10-15%
