Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

This role will focus on supporting our existing CRM platform and assisting with the implementation of system enhancements. It requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, and a desire to learn and grow.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Requirements Gathering : Participate in activities to elicit and analyze business needs. Translate needs into documentation that clearly and effectively communicates how IT solutions are expected to function.
  • Testing: Create Unit Test and UAT scripts from functional specifications. Execute Unit Testing to verify solutions meet the business requirements and function as expected. Coordinate UAT efforts with business stakeholders. Ensure defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Change Management: ?Support efforts to ensure successful transition and adoption of solutions, such as knowledge transfer and data governance.
  • Platform Support : Perform activities that ensure business operation continuity such as monitoring integrated data flows, performing periodic system checks and engaging with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  • End User Support: Provide guidance on how to perform processes within the system. Troubleshoot potential defects and determine root cause.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience supporting enterprise-wide CRM solutions.
  • Functional understanding of Sales and Service processes and concepts such as Lead and Opportunity Management, Ticket Management, and Installed Base.
  • Ability to evaluate a business need and translate it to a system enhancement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets in Excel.
  • Experience creating and executing unit test scripts, as well as coordinating user testing activities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine root cause.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.?
  • Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration concepts a plus.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.
