POSITION SUMMARY: Analyst reports to VP Enterprise Risk Management and assists in

achieving department objectives including review of policies and procedures and testing of

compliance with same.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job duties include but are not limited to the following.

* Analysis of policies, processes and procedures; identify gaps or improper processes.

* Test adherence to policies and procedures through review of file documentation and

processes. Track, analyze and report on findings through above processes. Review

regulatory and agency requirements for any changes to ensure audit scope captures

current requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* Knowledge of industry operations and regulations from loan origination though closing

and loan delivery.

*Must have minimum 5 years of experience in operations role such as

processing, underwriting, closing or post-closing.

* Ability to research and opine on the application of regulatory requirements.

* Ability to analyze procedures, recognize gaps and recommend solutions.

* Capable of reviewing file documentation and processes to determine adherence with

procedures.

* Strong communication skills, verbal and written, necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft

Office programs; particularly Excel and Visio or other process mapping software.

* Strong background in industry origination platforms and the flow of data throughout the

system. Understanding of systems controls and limitations.

* Familiarity with Privacy regulations and methods to protect consumer privacy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, fax machine, copier, climb stairs, bend, stoop,

reach, lift, move, and carry materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is

required to operate a computer keyboard.
