Marketing Coordinator Overview :

Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and collateral. This role requires multitasking, self-reliance, adaptability, and a professional, supportive demeanor.

Responsibilities :

  • Aid in creating renderings, floorplans, and brochures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and assess marketing strategies for communities and homes.
  • Manage online content, including Lennar.com.
  • Maintain inventory of sales and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate vendor invoices and payments.
  • Organize sales and marketing meetings and events.
  • Support the sales team by ordering marketing collateral.
  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings.

Qualifications :

  • 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
  • 1 year of homebuilding industry experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and SEM.
  • Experience in content creation and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage confrontational situations, and accept feedback.
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift and move office materials, work outdoors, and operate a motor vehicle.
