Job Description:

As a Mortgage Originator at Lendmire, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Leveraging our extensive lending programs and cutting-edge technology, you'll work to close purchase loans efficiently, aiming for two weeks or less turnaround time. This is a 100% commission sales position, ideal for loan officers with an established referral network. While the position is remote, we prefer candidates who reside in North Carolina and have a strong local referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, lending programs, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mortgage loan originator.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Established referral network preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Must reside in North Carolina.
• Must have an NC Mortgage Loan Originator License.
