Lenderworks' mortgage services platform encompasses the areas of Capital Markets, Compliance and Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, Post Production, Information Technology, Information Security, Solutions Development and Mortgage Technology.

Responsibilities :

• Retrieves, opens, and sorts overnight packages
• Reviews and addresses any issues with the mortgage documents
• Scans documents received with signed closing package into the LOS imaging system
• File away all documents in their prospective areas
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements :

• Three to Six months office experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred but not required
• Work well independently as well as part of a team
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high intensity situations
• Physical Demands required to regularly sit, type, view computer screen, hear, reach with hands and arms. Required to occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 25lb.
