What You'll Do: As an organizational research management consultant on our team, you'll: * Apply your knowledge of data collection and analytics to support and continuously improve existing metrics programs. * Apply your knowledge of survey research to develop, maintain, and deliver ongoing workforce survey projects. * Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting. * Create and deliver briefings to share results of organizational research, translating complex analytics to a lay audience * Provide clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis to support client leadership in making data-driven decisions. The world can't wait. You Have: * 2 years of experience in the Intelligence Community * Experience in applied behavioral science research, research methods, survey research, or experimental design
* Knowledge of data management, data collection, data analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence and reporting tools
* Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex topics
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with Tableau * Experience in solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders using both traditional and innovative solutions * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills * Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related field a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
