Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers in a kind and welcoming manner and properly document all of their concerns and service needs.
• Generate accurate estimates of repair for customer vehicles
• Keep customers informed throughout the process of their dealership visit
• Process, document, and organize departmental paperwork for accounting
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Work with Technicians and Parts department to ensure customers vehicle is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Must have a clean and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to use automotive software systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repairs and services
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
