JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Service Advisor at Pars, you will be:
- Communicating one on one with customers regarding their vehicles. Thoroughly explaining their needs/issues without sounding pushy.
- Writing/Typing mechanical repairs according to the description on the customer's invoice. Noting what was seen as well as what is needed for the vehicles.
- Ordering/Returning parts from various outsources, such as dealerships, WorldPac, Parts Authority, etc.
- Setting up appointments and keeping track of what parts need to be ordered in advance for certain customers (after a deposit had been made).
- Using labor guides ProDemand & MyAllData for estimates.
- Making sure the parts that are delivered are correct and in the right quantity.
- Using Bolt On Technology/MyShopManager CRM program to keep texts up to date with customers and to answer any questions.
- Arriving to work ON TIME. 7:30 AM our doors open meaning arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to be sure you are not late.
