Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers.

Duties:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests

-Knife Skills

Experience:
- Similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills
- Familiarity with dietary department regulations and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
