Join Leidos and make a difference for our Federal customers in national security as a high-performing project analyst and knowledge manager within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Engineering and Technology Maturation. 

You will use and develop your planning, management, and evaluation skills on a portfolio of research and development projects crucial to the national nuclear weapons stockpile and apply database tools to manage critical data. This is a full-time contractor-support position that involves on-site work at the NNSA offices in Washington DC, periodic travel, and the opportunity for telework.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing Federal Program Managers with clear, concise, accurate, and timely project analyses and information to support programmatic decision-making.
• Develop the customer knowledge management strategy to include database management, visualization, and integration of diverse data sets throughout the portfolio.
• Conduct data calls with partners to collect data and validate the data for accuracy and completeness. Work with partners, budget team, and Federal Program Manager (FPMs) to resolve discrepancies and issues found in the data submissions.
• Customer has technical data and knowledge products in a variety of formats like databases, spreadsheets, and documents including implementation plans, program plans, and technology maturation plans. The incumbent will be expected to extract data from these data sources and transfer to a new format that makes it easily accessible, distributable, searchable, and editable by general users who lack specialized training.
• Support the development and implementation of training on knowledge management processes and tools.
• Maintain and curate new classified technical database.
• Set-up standard knowledge management systems, processes, and practices.
• Complete annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements at program reviews and meetings.

Required Clearance:

• Active DOE Q or DOD TS clearance. Candidates without one of these clearances need not apply.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant knowledge management experience.
• Demonstrated history of using analytical strengths to inform strategic decisions
• Comfortable navigating complex operational processes across a large organization
• Successful juggling multiple activities, projects, and priorities
• Independent, self-motivated, and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Teams, Tableau, and/or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant knowledge management experience
• Experience developing and administering internal websites and databases using Microsoft Access and Sharepoint.
• Certification in one of the following: Certified Knowledge Manager; Project Management Professional; Business Analysis Professional; Business Intelligence Professional
• Experience in developing briefings for senior and executive management
• Writing skills that are easy to understand, accurate and concise for a variety of audiences at various levels of program knowledge
• NNSA staff experience
