Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES * Experience with Microsoft Project, In-process reviews, monthly status reports, weekly activity reports, Technical meetings, as well as the following:
* Performance tracking and reporting * Quality control * Risk management * Invoicing * Staffing * Sub-contractor management * Serve as a single Point of Contact (POC) for all issues associated with the activities resulting from this solicitation. * Assumes responsibility for delivery of all services and deliverables described herein. * Coordinate efforts associated with developing new or updating existing services. * Introduce new or updated services or new users into the environment. * Assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations. This spans all aspects of user support, including incident, problem, service request, and support management as well as coordination of the resolution activities across all functional groups (internal or external to the Contractor). * Perform Quality Assurance and Improvement analysis as well as coordinate efforts associated with identification and recording of known errors and root causes. * Responsibility for production and distribution of deliverables defined in this PWS. * Attend meetings as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Active Secret Clearance
* Proven work experience in service desk oversight - 5 years
* Demonstrated experience leading IT Service Desk improvements and efficiencies
* Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
* Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team management skills
* BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
* PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred
* CMMI certification, preferred
