Description
Leidos is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the IC and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. Candidates will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

Advise the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) on key cyber threat developments in their assigned area requiring both an IC immediate and long-term analytical and collection response.
Identify and analyze cyber threat actors’ plans, intentions, capabilities, and tradecraft.
Conduct All-Source research and analysis using intelligence and information to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Produce comprehensive reports, assist in coordination during cyber incidents, and coordinate with working groups.
Research raw reporting and finished production in order to write or verbally brief concise analytic summaries in the development of issue papers, talking points, and briefings.
TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Minimum of 4 years of work experience as an intelligence analyst or cyber threat intelligence analyst with a minimum of 1 year of cyber threat experience.
Minimum of 1 year working with or in the IC.
Successfully completed an analytic course of study (i.e., Analysis 101 or IC Agency training program such as CAP or PACE).
Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings.
Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to nontechnical customers.
Familiarity with ICD-203 and PPD-41
