Description
Major Products Service Tech Assistants provide installation, repair, and chimney sweep services by appointment as well as in emergency situations for customers as a part of the Major Products Department (i.e., wood stoves, gas refrigerators, etc.). Major Products Service Tech Assistants help to create a memorable visitor experience by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and by providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of an 8th Grade education
Experience: Minimum experience preferred is 3-6 months in an installation, delivery, and/or an HVAC customer-centered environment.
