Accounting Generalist Responsibilities

• Process monthly inventory counts and reconciliation to the GL
• Real estate/ Personal Property tax filings
• Sales and Use tax filings
• License and permit tracking and management
• Weekly bank reconciliation
• Tracking mining activity
• Initiating royalty payments
• Review of weekly data for accuracy and errors
• Backup for AP/ AR/ Hourly Payroll

Accounting Generalist Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history required.
• 3 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Accounting degree preferred
• Self-motivated/ Team Player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized/ attention to detail
