Solo practitioner with heavy emphasis on workers' compensation, and some personal injury defense, looking for a part-time associate, with potential to become full time. Preferred candidates should be capable of on-line legal research and experienced with all aspects of workers' compensation, summarizing/evaluating medicals, accident investigation, experience with depositions, including doctors, hearings and trials, Second Injury Fund and subrogation. Some flexibility available to work from home, though some office hours will be required. Though experience preferred, willing to consider lesser qualified individuals. Salary commensurate with experience.
