Scope of Job: As the Food and Beverage Shift Lead, you'll be the magical maestro behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations across admissions, attractions, food and beverage, and retail. Essential Functions:
🏰 Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all departments and keeping the magic flowing seamlessly.📋 Delegate and monitor daily tasks for our front-line heroes.🌟 Lead and motivate our team to deliver exemplary customer service.🚨 Uphold health and safety standards with a sprinkle of magic!🚶♂️ Manage queues and guest flow like a true wizard.💬 Respond efficiently to guest concerns and keep the communication flowing between departments.
Coordinate Training of Front-line Hosts:
