THE ROLE

We are looking for a Manager, Key Accounts to play a key role in actively managing and contributing to the success of our multi-disciplinary clients from onboarding to execution to growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Manager, Key Accounts will serve as a catalyst in:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for partners, setting the tone for regular check-ins, status meetings, troubleshooting, and advancing the business
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding and client communication process
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with partners
  • Developing a clear understanding of our partners business, goals, and program objectives
  • Leveraging and working across Legends’ cross-disciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class strategies and solutions for partners
  • Overseeing multiple partner projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve based on clients’ evolving needs
  • Managing and mentoring internal team members to ensure quality partnership fulfillment
  • Managing timelines and internal/external processes related to renewal and growth conversations, deliverable timelines, and fulfillment
  • Developing kickoff agendas, meeting documents, presentation materials, and recaps
  • Present forward-thinking solutions, data-driven insights, and recommendations
  • Educate partners on the wider Legends offering and identify ways to grow the partner throughout the Legends business

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Show innate curiosity, proactive thinking, and the ability to think creatively when planning strategy, considering partner objectives and new growth processes
  • Provide organizational stakeholders with feedback on engagement, milestones, partner strategies, solution enhancements, and other key initiatives
  • Have a creative, adaptive personality that can interface with senior-level executives across various organizations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative as a trusted advisor, leader, and teammate both internally within Legends and externally with partners
  • Exceptional customer service and client relationship management
  • Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • College degree with a minimum of 3 years industry experience; MBA preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing a diverse range of partners and a history of providing world-class solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus knowledge using CRM and CMS platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative teammate
  • Reliable teammate that proactively adds value, and always possesses a can-do attitude
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Experience in Asana work management platform a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX)
