THE ROLE

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources Team on a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to have a career in Human Resources as the incumbent will be exposed to all aspects of Human Resources and will work closely with Legends' HR leadership team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Manage the HR poster compliance program

* Manage Chatterbox, Legends language learning program

* Maintain HR contact information

* Manage and update the HR Playbook

* Respond to questions from HR@Legends.net and via other points of contact

* Organize HR related meetings.

* Assist with HR projects

* Assist with getting new HR team members acclimated with Legends procedures and policies

* Assisting with HR communications and facilitating enhancement of company culture

* Update the Employee Handbook and HR documents as needed

* Maintain online HR presence on company intranet and on Sharepoint

* Able to travel to venues and assist as needed

* Assist with HR scheduling

* Back up for other HR Coordinators

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration

* Excellent communication skills * Bilingual in Spanish a plus*

* Excellent social skills and time management skills

* Flexible, organized and independent with the ability to know when to escalate issues

* Able to work independently and take Initiative

* Able to identify opportunities for improvements and implement

* Ability to find solutions, build connections internally

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

Location: Hybrid
