Responsibilities:

• Process purchase order receivings, including verification and creation of payables.
• Prepare comprehensive reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee payroll process and respond to inquiries to ensure accuracy of team members pay, allocations by department and benefit deductions.
• Contribute to timely recognition of commissions and reporting to team members.
• Manage warranty credits processing and facilitate the registration of motors with manufacturers, adhering to relevant procedures.
• Provide support for data entry and contribute to Accounting team projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with team members to compile financial data required for audits and inventory counts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in monitoring customer account balances and contribute to the preparation of compliance submissions as required.
• Conduct research and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Take on additional accounting tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

Compensation:

We are offering annual salary compensation in the range of $62,000 - $77,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the comprehensive benefits and pension plans available, we offer a performance based bonus structure.
