What will you be doing as a customer Experience Specialist?

  • Greet clients, answer calls, and process sales
  • Assist with boat drop-off/pick-up and invoicing
  • Coordinate service appointments and technician tasks
  • Provide phone troubleshooting and maximize sales
  • Conduct customer orientations and follow-up programs
  • Handle parts inquiries and sales
  • Organize store display and process shipments
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
  • Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks
  • Participate in inventory counts and training
  • Assist with yard cleanup and winterization.

What are we looking for in a Customer Experience Specialist?

  • Genuine and Positive Communicator, creating memorable customer experiences with positive language and genuine interactions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities, assisting service clients with troubleshooting over the phone and efficiently scheduling service appointments as needed.
  • Outstanding Collaboration Skills, working seamlessly with teams to prioritize and solve customer issues, saving time and effort through effective teamwork.
  • Adaptability to New Technology and Processes, thriving in environments with evolving technology and processes.
  • Bilingual Skills (English, French), fluently speaking and communicating in English, with French proficiency as a bonus.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role, demonstrating a proven track record in customer service or related field.

Salary: 

$23 - $30 Hourly based on experience, plus performance based bonuses and career development.
