At Legend Biotech, we are using that hope to ignite the future of CAR-T cell therapy.Job DescriptionRole Overview:The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for supporting departments across Legend Biotech to ensure invoices, purchase orders and payments are processed in a timely manner.Major Responsibilities: Support each functional area to fill payment form in OA system.Support the payment process by preparing supporting documentation for review and ensuring timely mailing of checks/reimbursementSupport the procurement process by maintaining accurate open purchase order listing, un-invoiced receipt amounts, and supplier documentationMaintain paper and electronic records accurately and timely to support efficient response to auditors and other stakeholdersProvide timely responses to supplier and employee inquiriesAssist with reconciliation of supplier statementsCollaborate with Accounting, suppliers and business stakeholders in support of on-going operational efficiency effortsResearch and resolve discrepanciesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably accounting or finance.Experience: working experience in U.S. is preferredKey Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills: Bilingual in Madarin and EnglishExcellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience with a high work load volume while also knowing when to ask for help and ask questions when the information is unfamiliar.Strong organizational and communication skills is a must.Possesses personal and professional integrity.Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.Diligent and self-motivated.Strong analytical skills.Prior experience with Accounts Payable processingStrong data entry skillsTechnologically savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes.
