The residence will accommodate 75 Personal Care apartments and 20 Memory Care apartments, along with dining venues, recreation areas, a garden and specialized rooms for such activities as physical therapy and advanced Memory Care therapy and programming. Apartments and the residence overall will advance the concept of “purposeful design” that Legend Senior Living is known for.

Requirements
Responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to:
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas to include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
