A prominent San Antonio Personal Injury firm is seeking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to its team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Bilingual candidates are a plus!

The Litigation Paralegal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare medical chronologies.
• Draft and prepare discovery responses and requests.
• Schedule depositions, client meetings, mediations, etc.
• Prepare deposition and medical record summarizations.
• Draft routine litigation pleadings for filings with the courts.
• E-filing in State and Federal courts.
• Trial Preparation, including preparing trial notebooks and scheduling.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status.
• Effectively communicate with courts personnel, adverse counsel, and third-party vendors.
