We are looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide personal care assistance to the patient/client in their place of residence for Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. STARTING AT$18.00/HOUR, OR MORE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE!

Primary Functions:

· Provide personal care assistance according to the Individual Service Plan

· Appropriately report changes in the patient’s condition in a timely manner

· Work cooperatively with patient and the agency

· Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to the patient

Job Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Must have reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance, as well as a valid driver’s license.
