Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this outside sales role, you will meet with business owners and create sales opportunities in an assigned territory.

We provide hands-on training and the support you need to be successful. This is a full-time position and responsibilities include :

• Become an expert in the products and services that we offer and effectively communicate that during the sales process.
• Create, manage, and develop a sales pipeline through a combination of utilizing our CRM, warm calling and building new relationships.
• Build long-term relationships through the sales process.
• Network with the local business community and develop new business relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
• Manage and update pipeline opportunities utilizing our CRM.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.

• A proven track record of growth and exceeding expectations.
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality, able to effectively engage with customers.
• Coachable, eager to learn.
• A positive attitude and ability to overcome challenges.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• A minimum of 3 years stable work experience in sales, customer services, business or leadership is required OR a college degree.
