What You'll Do
- Travel locally to customer home and business locations
- Survey the property and take down inventory to estimate moving costs
- Educate customers on moving practices
- Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate
- Prepare all move-related paperwork
- Gather customer feedback through regular follow-up calls
- Create performance reports to track sales, customer satisfaction, and mystery shop data
Who We're Looking For
- Proficiency with both over-the-phone and in-person sales
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some college or equivalent in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Friendly, professional personality
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
