Shifts:

• 8 or 12-hour shifts available. (8- hour shifts) Days = 630a - 230p, Eves = 230p - 1030p (12-hour shifts) Days = 6a - 6p

Requirements:

• 1 year of skilled long term care/transitional care experience.
• BLS (must be American Heart Association)
• Professional License (Oregon)

Scheduling:

• Pre-booking

Charting:

• MatrixCare: Experience preferred, not required.

Orientation:

• None, clinician can start once cleared. Will need to arrive to 1st shift 30 minutes early for a tour and to be issued a badge.

Scrub color:

• Any color, except white, No other company names/logo.

Ratios:

• 1:15 - 25

Job Types: Contract, Per diem

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
