Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the business.

Duties:
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Assist in managing inventory control and stock levels
- Utilize retail math skills for sales analysis and forecasting
- Handle financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Help train and supervise as needed
- Ensure compliance with market regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Excel and Microsoft Word proficient
- Strong understanding of inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative tasks
- Customer Service
