Legacy Health and Wellness is currently looking for a committed individual with a strong work ethic who wants to make a difference in the lives of others by providing substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from Medicaid's accepted areas of study (MSM Ch. 400)
  • Behavioral Science, Child Development, Child and Family Studies/Services, Community Mental Health, Counseling (mental health, vocational, rehabilitative, pastoral), Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Development/Relations, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Speech and Language Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation
  • Must have a working vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
  • Must have possession of an active State of Nevada Board Certified Drug & Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC).
  • This position requires the CADC to complete progress notes; writing skills are important.
