Legacy Family Eyecare is Hiring an Optometry Office Front Desk Clerk / Optical Technician Near Cumming, GA

Legacy Family Eyecare is looking to hire a front desk and optical technician position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greeting patients, answering the phone to schedule and to confirm appointments, and looking up patient's medical and/or vision insurance.
Pretesting patients for the optometrist.
Working with patients on insertion and removal of contact lenses.
Helping to file medical insurance.
Assisting the optometrist and front staff with patient flow.
Helping the optician with selling, fitting, and distributing eyewear.
Cross-training will be done for front desk duties as well and time will be split between technician and front desk duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience is preferred but willing to train.
Strong customer relation skills, someone who likes to work with the public, outgoing, a multitasker, gets along well with others and is team oriented.
Willingness to learn new information.
