We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for our office in Nashville TN. Candidate must be a fluent in speaking and reading Spanish. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for success, then this is the job for you! Interested candidates should be skilled at developing key relationships and be comfortable in using social media to market our company's goal.
Pay will be based on experience.
Schedule:
8:30am - 5pm / Monday - Friday
Required Skills
- Hiring/Interviewing/Onboarding
- Able to identify qualified professionals for placement in current job openings
- Candidate needs to be an aggressive marketer, prospecting through various sources social media platforms.
- Excellent follow-up skills with a customer service focus
- Capable of extending offers and negotiating pay
- Manage a successful pipeline of candidates
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Performing various administrative duties
Must Have:
- 2 years' experience in recruiting
- Customer service focused
- Interest in social media marketing
- Basic understanding of a recruiting and sale cycle
- Proficient at multi-tasking
