Job responsibilities include :

• Checking in and scheduling patients.
• Answering phones in a professional, pleasant, and helpful, manner.
• Maintaining patient files, records, and databases.
• Informing patients about fees and services.
• Ensuring top-tier customer service for patients within the office environment.
• Verifying insurance coverage and benefits through online platforms.
• Opportunities for project-focused tasks aligned with candidate strengths and interests.
• Attending to varying needs of office and day-to-day operations.

Candidate must have :

• Excellent communication skills with an innate talent for customer service.
• Ability to create and maintain positive, effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.

Candidate must be :

• Expected to be a team player.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and punctual.
• Customer / Patient focused.
• Comfortable collecting fees from patients, as well as explaining charges and insurance benefits.
• Adaptable and willing to learn and study office protocols.

Job Schedule / Hours :

M : 2 : 30pm to 6 : 30pm*

T : 2 : 30pm to 6 : 30pm

W : 2 : 30pm to 6 : 30pm*

Th : 2 : 30pm to 6 : 30pm

F : 9 : 15am to 3 : 30pm*

• Candidate must remain available until 7 : 30pm Mondays and Wednesdays and as late as 5 : 30pm on Fridays, based on scheduling needs for new patients.
