Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional with a background in medical sales, phone sales, and person to person sales to join our team. Prior sales experience is a must. We are offering to compensate the right professional with $1000/week plus $100 per close. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling in a Christian environment with starting out as part-time, but potentially leading to a full-time position due to plans for expansion in an effort to grow our number of locations. We will teach and train the chiropractic portion of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement chiropractic sales strategies to drive business growth in the non-surgical spinal disc and chiropractic sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and our patient communities to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Learn to read x-rays/MRIs and sell care plans, in office, to patients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and resources for tracking leads and managing patient relationships.
• This position will require the chosen professional to train on-site for a period of 2-4 weeks upon hire. Upon completion of training, they will only be required to work within the office, on-site, at a minimum of 1 day per week. On the phones daily with the potential of going into a full-time position working up to 5 days per week.
