Job Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Strategy to help build and scale both long- and short-term revenue management systems and strategies for our vertically integrated real estate and hospitality firm's growing portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels. This collaborative, data-loving individual, will guide efforts against the advancement of RevPAR market share for our flagship project, Hotel Bardo Savannah and our future pipeline. This position can work from LEFT LANE's New York or Savannah office and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities

• A leader laser-focused on segmentation, comp set analysis, RevPAR and STR reporting and performance with core responsibility of revenue forecasting and oversight of contracted business for LEFT LANE luxury and lifestyle hotels
• Daily room inventory management and daily pricing process and hotel pricing levels in all segments and all room types
• Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies and data—maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management
• Owner of short and long term forecasts including Weekly Forecasts, 30 60 90 Forecasts, In the month forecasts, and Full year forecasts
• Oversee process for evaluating all opportunities for contracted business (group, wholesale, corporate negotiated, etc.) presented through the Sales department
• Own maintenance of any software programs which contribute to the management of rooms revenue, including the CRS, RMS, PMS , OTAs and Sales & Catering system
• Partner with Brand Marketing team to maximize revenue-generating opportunities, offers and communication platforms
• This position will be responsible for leading a team of revenue managers as LEFT LANE's portfolio scales
• Conduct diligence on new projects and partner with the acquisitions team on underwriting
• Other considerations to determine the appropriate mix of business to achieve revenue potential every day of every year

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of revenue management experience with a luxury or lifestyle hospitality brand
• Proficient in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Confident, collaborative and with a point of view
• Comfortable identifying strategic needs but also an executor ensuring the implementation of a strategic plan
