Job Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a warm and welcoming Spa & Fitness Coordinator with a passion for providing exceptional serviceto join our team at our luxury spa and fitness facility, Saltgrass. This individual will be the welcoming face of our spa and fitness facility, responsible for fostering positive relationships with our guests and members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing friendly, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing personalized attention and addressing any questions, concerns or special requests, in-person booking or retail purchases
• Schedule and confirm spa and fitness appointments, ensuring efficient time management and capturing client details and personal preferences for a seamless experience from arrival to departure
• Assist guests with spa service selections, offering recommendations tailored to their needs
• Coordinate with the spa and fitness team to ensure treatments are executed flawlessly with special attention to guest profile and preferences, special events & corporate groups, as well as Club Bardo members
• Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and effectively with Saltgrass team
• Uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of tranquility and relaxation for all hotel guests and Club Bardo members
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the spa and fitness facility in addition to inventory and retail management assistance
• Maintain a working knowledge of services, products, promotions & booking platforms
• Uphold brand standards for communication as the property liaison between the spa and fitness department and other resort functions (Brand, F&B, Sales, Club, etc.)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing appointments efficiently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and administrative tasks
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping guests achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a vibrant, positive & composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
