Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire sales function, including developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• International Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence and market share in the USA
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pricing models, and innovative approaches to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA (sales) or any other technical qualifications.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling IT services or products to clients in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or similar markets.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales management role, with a focus on international IT Sales

• Good understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Must have good knowledge of creating sales presentations and proposals.
