As a Quality Analyst Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality assurance process for our AI software projects. You will lead a team of quality analysts and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that our software meets high-quality standards. Your expertise in testing methodologies, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be vital in delivering exceptional products to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for AI software and products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design appropriate testing protocols.
• Perform and oversee various testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all testing procedures adhere to established quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze testing results and provide detailed reports on software quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI software testing.
• Continuously improve and innovate testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 5 years in software testing and 2 years in a lead position.
• Knowledge of AI software testing methodologies and tools will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, pytest).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
