We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This position requires a blend of marketing expertise, statistical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from different tools related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to inform marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to update stakeholders on marketing performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and trends.
• Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
• Analyze test results and provide insights for iterative improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis will be an advantage
• Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data interpretation.
