Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI. Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize efficiency and quality of data analysis - Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop solutions that address data-related challenges - Create visualizations and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders - Conduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by management or project teams - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role - Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases - Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in data analysis projects - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python for data manipulation and analysis - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for integrating data from multiple sources - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
