Duties:
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to welcome new hires
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess onboarding effectiveness
- Manage HR sourcing activities to attract top talent
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication
- Utilize systems for payroll and HR functions
- Collaborate with sales teams to align onboarding processes with business goals
- Implement talent management initiatives to support employee growth
- Utilize or similar platforms for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Conduct interviews and cold calling as part of the recruitment process

Experience:
- Proven experience in onboarding and employee orientation programs
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with talent management practices and strategies
